Pork XLBs from 456 Shanghai Cuisine in NYC, Chinatown. These were nice but the dumpling skins were a little thick, with the “pinch” a bit dry. Check out the ones that @londontastin had at DTF in Taipei which look like a masterclass in XLBs!
